Magic carpet was a good, fair priced service for organizing a door to door auto transport. The customer service was excellent with communication and finding a carrier that was able to schedule a pickup/delivery close to the dates I needed. While, I feel that this might be a good service for someone that wants their auto tranpsort organized by a broker, I will likely be contracting my own auto carrier service so I can actually choose the auto carrier. The carrier they found for me left the car filthy, even though this may have been unavoidable. The carrier also doesn't seem to be known or reviewed by sites like this. I would rather just go directly to a carrier and choose one that I know has a history of outstanding work.

Navid, thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that you didnt experience a complete five star service from me. However, where you have noted that the car was filthy, we (our company) let you know that the vehicle will be dirty when it arrives on an open carrier. However, if you were to choose an enclosed carrier the car wouldnt have been filthy like it was when it arrived to you. Thank you ~*Stephanie*~
