Overall I had a good experience and would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. Kathy Ashlock was my agent and she was responsive and helpful.

As sometimes happens, we scheduled the transport for Monday and a carrier was not found. She did work and it did cost an additional $75 but it did get done. These things do happen and flexibility is important. So the car was not picked up until Saturday but then was delivered as promised on Tuesday.

The carrier himself was very nice and helpful and did call and give us approximate times for pick up and delivery. Then he called when he was 15-20 minutes away.

I think that in this business, the customer should be able to remain flexible and be prepared for some changes/delays. The original quote was for $676 and it ended up costing $751. However, Magic Carpet took some off of their portion. That is about all a company can do.

So, I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
