My service representative was very courteous and helpful. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to answer all my questions, because I had never shipped a car before and I was especially concious of the time it might take to get to its destination in Hawaii. I didn't however ask the right questions because after talking to her I believed that the trip would take 3 to 4 days. She did not clarify to me that the destination she described was only to the cargo carrier and not to the final delivery point. I was disappointed to learn that my car would arrive a week later than I expected. I think this oversight was inintended, but I felt a little bit deceived. Even with that I would use this transport company again.

Delmar, I'm sorr but I do know how you thought it would only take 3-4 days to get to Hawaii? I never said that and again sorry for the confusion. Kathy
