I enjoyed working with Crystal on this project. She was attentive to my concerns of shipping a $30k plus show bike and she found what I would consider very good carriers. Unfortunately the movers did cause some damage at the pickup location which was not discovered before leaving. This should be in no way a reflection of Magic Carpets professional services, things do happen. My bike was delivered ahead of schedule and with no trucking damage. The quoted price for services did increase 7 days after the original quote was given but Crystal was able to make an adjustment and picked up some of the extra cost. This shows great accountability for estimating shipping costs and impressed me. I would be delighted to work with Crystal and Magic Carpets again.
