We moved from Michigan to LA this past Summer. Our exprience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport has been excellent. We had two veichels transported by them. We made reservation with them online for our first vehicle. They picked up the vehicle early in the morning on the scheduled date.Their customer services personnel was professional and tried best to accomendation our changes on the pick up date. the drive was very polite and efficient. It took 4 days for us to recieve our first car. The whole process was really trouble free and we recieved our car without any damage. It was a little dusty outside of car because it was an open carrier. The cost was reasonable comparing to other carriers. So We used Magic Carpet again for our second vehicle 1 month later. Everything just went as well as the first car. We received our second car 5 days after it had picked up without any damages. We would definitely use this company again and recommand them to others.
