I requested quotes from several services, including Magic Carpet. The quoted price was competitive, and I liked the ratings posted on this site, so I went with them. I called to set up for pickup one week prior. Even though the pickup date was on the Saturday of the Labor Day weekend, Magic Carpet did not have a problem finding a transporter within 3 business days. The transporter picked up my car on time. The estimated delivery date was one week after the pickup. However, the delivery was one day later than the estimate. I was not in a hurry to get my car back, so the lateness was not an issue. The trucker called ahead of time to deliver, and delivered the car to my door. The car was delivered in perfect condition - no damage, not dirty - , which I did care about, since it was a fairly new car. Magic Carpet called after the pickup, and after the delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. This is my first time shipping a car, so it's hard to make comparisons. However, I am very satisfied with the experience and I would trust Magic Carpet with my car again.
