Magic Carpet customer service were courteous and prompt in finding a carrier for my Honda on a short notice transport. They were able to find a carrier within two days for pickup. Dealing with driver/carrier on the other hand was a totally different experience as he did not maintain communications with us and was difficult to reach. Magic Carpet contacted the carrier/driver to update us on the status of the vehicle since the driver did not take the time to do so. Vehicle arrived six days later than expected but in good condition.
