After being ripped off by another company, mishandled, and disrespected, and even lied to, I found myself quite frustrated with the entire process of shipping my car. It seems to be a very dishonest business at first glance. After speaking with the most delightful Cathy, she made it crystal clear on the process and was quite patient answering all of my questions and explaining everything in full detail, something no other company has done.
The other customer service reps from other companies should call Cathy and get a quick lesson on how to treat people. Kudos to Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
