The car was picked up at the time given. Notice was given by the driver via phone call. No unnecessary waiting. The car was dropped off a day early, preceded by a phone call by the driver. Phone interaction with the company was courteous and timely. The same can be said for the driver.
Pickup and dropoff were simple, quick, and no hassle. We had a bunch of stuff(luggage, souveniers, golf bags, ipods and other stereo equipment) in the car that was left untouched.
This was not the cheapest transport company(around $1000), but we would certainly have no hesitation in using them again. The driver certainly deserved the tip that we gave.
