After making initial contact with Stephanie on 3 Aug, I experienced some concern about the time it took to actually arrange for a carrier for pick-up my vehicle on 10 Aug. I felt I had to make some follow-up calls before I got a "warm-fuzzy" that everything would work as expected. However, once Stephanie found a carrier, everything went perfectly and Stephanie's subsequent follow-up was great. For the future, I would recommend providing a bit more information up-front to ensure the customer understands some of the constraints your company faces in scheduling a carrier so that the customer knows what to expect as your process moves forward.
