Communication and customer service was excellence. Nicole my customer service representative was knowedgeable and kept me informed as to the date of pick-up. I was informed when the car was picked-up and when the car would be delivered. It was delivered the day it was suppose to and in good condition. I would use Magic carpet Auto Transport if I had another car to transport.
