Our car was moved from California to Indiana which took about 6 days. We were overall happy with the service especially because the first company we hired completely let us down and we had to look for another one ASAP. People at Magic Carpet were the only ones who explained to us how the whole process works (and we talked to several other companies before that) and that was very helpful. We got emails about every step of the process (dispatch, pick up) and the driver called us the morning of the delivery day. Because of the problems with the first transportation company we had to leave while our car was still in California and another person took care of the pick up, so we can't comment on that. But as far as we know everything went more or less smoothly. When we had a question about something we called Magic carpet and they were always able to get us an answer eventually.
