So far it has been an EXCELLENT experience. I am very satisfied with it. They kept in touch to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I had to leave very soon so I placed my order only five days before I left, but Magic worked it out to be able to pick up my car right on time. Also, my car was delivered in the dedicated time. This was from OH to TX. Both the broker and the truck driver were excellent. Magic Carpet kept me informed of what was going on by making follow-up calls after pickup, during delivery, and after delivery. This shows a company that really cares about the service in which they are offering. All and all, great experience, and if I had to ship another vehicle I would use Magic Carpet again.
