Transportation of my car from PA to CA

I was satisfied with the service provided by Magic Carpet in transporting my daughter's car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. The car was picked up on time and delivered on the promised date. The representative of Magic Carpet stated on more than one occasion that they would provide door-to-door service, but the car had to be loaded on the truck at a parking lot a few minutes away from my house, because the driver was not comfortable bringing a large truck in our neighborhood.

The same driver also told me that he would be in California in 5 days and drop off the car at a depot, but our original dates included nine days for travel and the car was delivered on the ninth day, by a different driver. Not a real complaint, just some miscommunication between Magic Carpet and their contract transporter. The car was delivered on the promised date and was undamaged, but dirty. Overall, my experience with this company has been positive, and I would recommend it to others.
