My experience with Nicole at Magic Carpet was great. She was really bright and helpful and setting up the transfer was really easy. I had to change my pick up date 2 times and both times she adjusted the order in a matter of minutes. She was always very prompt to return phone calls. Unfortunately, the first carrier I was scheduled with could not pick up my car, but Nicole made sure another carrier was scheduled to pick up the next day. Although my car was damaged and dirty upon return, that could not have been prevented by Magic Carpet, and they were very helpful getting me in contact with people I needed to get the car repaired. Overall, they did a great job.
