I was very nervous about moving our car from CA to Ct, having never done with before. These days, every little thing seems like such a big hassle, so I expected this to be no different. What a pleasant surprise I got! Crystal at Magic Carpet was terrific, dealing with our odd requests and communicating clearly with me. The driver of the transport also let us know when to expect him. Everything went as smooth as silk! I couldn't have had a better experience. One more thing: When I called Magic Transport a person always answered the phone and sometimes it was Crystal herself. When I needed a call back, she was prompt and wonderful.
