When making the reservation I made my bottom line for pick for date very clear but the driver was still 3 days late and that thrown off my plan pretty bad, end up having to do it the harder way eventually. I just notice the paint on all 4 door handles were damage, contacted their staff today still waiting to see what they can do to solve this problem.
