Excellent service, fast and good. I think it could be developed with an standardized insurance cover as an option which is not linked to each carrier company, this should be provided by the Magic team. Furthermore for me It is important that delivery and pick-up times are as fixed as possible. As in my case delivery needed to be done during normal office hours, this could not be provided which caused some problem for me. Another issue is payment for me it is always best if I can pay to one entity and not two and also use my credit card. That was fianlly solved and it did work out fine.
