The customer service that I received throughout the entire process was absolutely amazing! Note that while my actual transport cost was higher than the initial quote, I was working with time constraints and moving to an out of the way location, so I asked Nicole to raise the price to ensure that I'd get a driver. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when she said whoa, slow down, we don't need to raise the price that much :^) I got a truly awesome driver (Albert) from IDEAL EXPRESS in the timeframe that I needed. He exceeded my expectations from beginning to end and actually delivered my SUV a day early. There was no damage, also, my SUV was clean when he picked it up and was clean when he delivered it. I'm not the type of person that's easily impressed, but I must say that I could not have asked for more. I had quotes that were cheaper than Magic Carpet's initial quote, but cheap is not always best. Would definitely go with Magic Carpet again.
