Don't misunderstand my rating but the car delivery with Magic Carpet was a bit stressful.

Let me first say that the Customer Service folks at MC was very helpful and responsive but sometimes in the dark when it came to knowing where the car was. Well you have to take this with a grain of salt. MC is a broker so they hired a third-party transporter. The transporter was on time to pick up the car and told me that the car would be delivered on desired date. I was like "WOW" great. I made arrangements for someone to be there for the car drop off.
When the date came and went the car didn't show I called and he said that he hadn't started the trip so it would be a new date. I was fine with that. But yet again it wasn't there. This happened a couple of more times which started to frustrate me. I needed the car by a certain date so I could commute to my office. At last the transporter tells me the truck has an issue and that is why they didn't leave and they are waiting for a special part. By the way I feel that was just an outright lie. The truth is most likely they didn't have enough cars to make it economically feasible to drive a big rig for one car.
Well I got the car Sunday night at 10 pm. Monday morning I'm starting a new job and didn't need that stress. Oh one more thing, my fuel was emptied for "WEIGHT PURPOSES" how much is 5 gallons of fuel going to make but I was just happy to get my car.
Long story short I got the car in the nick of time.
If MC and the actual transporter were honest with me from the beginning I'd be fine with everything and 5 stars would be coming their way. Don't keep the customer in the dark. They have trusted you with a very big part of their life.

Hope this helps folks shopping around for a transporter.
