I had an very good experience with the transport company. I contacted Kathy on Thursday for a quote, the price was better than the other high ranking transporters, made my decision on Friday and Kathy was able to arrange for pick up on a Saturday, all that without any expedite fees. When I had questions in regards to times and dates of pickup and delivery, everyone was very responsive, both Kathy and Nicole. They contacted Edgar, the driver and he was very responsive in calling me back and making sure the day and time would work for me. Edgar of Eastbay Auto Transport is also genuinely nice, he delivered the car in perfect condition, a little dirty but nothing that a good wash wouldn't take care of. I would definitely recommend others to use them. The friendliness from Kathy all the way to the driver makes using them a hassle free transport company.
