Magis Carpet Auto Transport did what they said they would, shipped my f100 4x4 from Fl. to ID. in 14 days, first call to drop off. Express Auto Transport had 17 days and there was still no driver assigned, I received 1 email & 1 call in 17 days, very, very, poor customer service. Stephanie at MCAT was spot on throughout the entire process, Bottom line is, IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHIC. USE THIS COMPANY. There was a slight dent on truck but this was delt with by trucking co. No complaints.
