I would like to thank Magic Carpet Transport for the excellent customer service that I received each time that I called. I spoke with Kathy Ashlock from the very beginning when I was searching for a company to transport my vehicle from Oregon to Indiana. She was personable, courteous and extremely helpful when I called for a quote. Because of her professional and pleasant personality, I called back to use Magic Carpet. She processed my request in a timely fashion, however, circumstances arose and I didn't end up shipping the car to Indiana. Kathy was very understanding and didn't charge me anything for all of the time that she spent handling my request. I would use and recommend Magic Carpet Transport to anyone in need of the services that they offer. If you are looking for someone to transport your vehicle and you check online, you will see that Magic Carpet has the highest ratings in customer satisfaction...need I say more?
