I will think twice before I use Magic Carpet and their vendors (Pioneer Transport). I was VERY upset with the pick-up process, as the drivers English was very poor, and it was VERY difficult to communicate with him. Instead of a door to door service, it became a terminal to door service, as the driver claimed he could not pick up my car near my home. I was well aware that the delivery was not going to take place directly in front of my home, based on prior experience with car transport.
The street my home is on is too narrow for a large truch to traverse and load a car, BUT the street DIRECTLY across from my address is more than adequate (my car was transported to the address on a prior date when my car was shipped on another date). At that time, the driver, in a large transport truck, was able to EASILY deliver my car to the address 1 block over from mine.
On this occasion, the car had to be transported for MILES away from this street. This is unacceptable!
