Nicole was very helpful, from answering questions about the logistics of auto transport (I had never done this before) to communicating with the driver while the car was in transit and following up after delivery. She was always very accessible and prompt in returning my calls. The car was delivered in the early side of the estimated time frame and in great condition. The driver was also very accessible when I wanted to check on the status of delivery. I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet to my friends (and in fact, already have!).
