Michigan to California: Would Use Again

Car-shipping is always uncertain. I went with Magic Carpet because of Nicole's professionalism and honesty. She listened to all my concerns (I needed the car in California by May 31, with May 30/31 being ideal delivery dates, but anything before that ok too). Nicole was always easy to reach, and my car arrived May 31 - just as scheduled. The price was fair - about where the other quotes came in (neither the lowest nor the highest).

The slight downsides: car was scheduled for pickup on May 25 (Memorial Day), and I did not hear from Magic Carpet or the driver to reschedule the pickup to May 26. Driver called only an hour before he wanted to pickup the car on May 26, and then realized he made a mistake, and kept pushing me back throughout the day (from 10 AM to 10 PM), which was annoying. I don't think this was really his fault (he was dealing with other customers), and it definitely wasn't Magic Carpet's fault - I think it was just a pretty normal occurrence in the uncertain world of car shipping.

Overall, I would use Magic Carpet again - mainly due to Nicole's knowledge and professionalism.
