It's nice when a business hits it on the mark. The first company I dealt with was horrible, no customer service at all! Had I found this site it could have been spared the hassle from the beginning. After talking to several companies and feeling absolutely no confidence in there ability to get the job done I went straight to the top of the ratings list. Magic Carpet auto were friendly and timely. Crystal was honest, super friendly and straight forward giving me realistic pricing and explaining how the system worked. In what I gather can be a sleazy business with people that lie and give false expectation it's nice to run into folks that give you a sense that they actually care about your business. When I had questions and called Crystal back she returned my call within minutes. I'll use them again if I ever ship another car.
