I don't judge service by how things are handled when everything goes right...but how things are handled when things don't go perfectly (which is more often than not).
The #1 thing I can say about this experience is responsiveness. I was always able to speak with my assigned agent on the phone, never having to leave a message. Emails were responded to within minutes.
Other companies quoted me lower prices but shipment times were between 1 - 2 weeks. Magic not only negotiated a competetive price, but was also able to schedule a shipment time of under a week. The pickup was scheduled for a Saturday. The driver was not able to pick up the car until Sunday but made contact with us on Friday to adjust the pickup schedule. The car arrived in town late Thursday and was delivered first thing Friday morning. I thought 4-5 day delivery from Tennessee to California was excellent and I will use Magic for any future moves.
