I broke down on vacation. I didnt have the money to do the repairs, so I did an online quote. I recieved over 40 quotes and calls. Malia was one of the calls I recieved. She was very polite and smart about her business. I was a little worried and second guessed everything, but after talking to a couple of other companies and a few more calls to Malia, I choose to use Magic Carpet Transport. I could not be happier, I was given just a few days to get my vehicle from the auto repair center, and Malia got my vehicle scheduled to be picked up with in 48 hours, for a cheaper price than what was quoted by anyother company. If I owned my own company I would want Malia to be a manager, if not help run the company. It is very hard to find someone with great customer service, knowledge of their work, honesty, and to go above and beyond for a customer, and I found that in Malia McClain. I will always use her and her company for future business. You would be stupid not to use them too.
