I did my homework in reviewing many auto transport companies. After searching for an entire afternoon I finally choose Magic Carpet Auto Transport. When I called them I spoke with a very polite woman named Stephanie. She was very nice and personal. She set everything up immedaitely and followed the transport of our 4runner through to Connecticut. The only complaint I had was the driver broke down along the way and I was never informed. I had to call Stephanie to tract down what was going on and she did a great job in getting to the bottom of this issue. Our 4runner was 3 days late and I understand vehicles do break down sometimes but we should have been notified by the driver. Again, Stephanie took care of the situation and, yes, I would use them again and, no, they weren't the cheapest but reasonable. You usaully get what you pay for. I was satisfied with everything. Thanks Stephanie and Magic.
