I did a great deal of online research when it came down to selecting a freight carrier for my newly purchased luxury vehicle. Like anyone else, I considered the legitimacy and reputation of the company. I narrowed it down to a couple of companies and gave Magic Carpet transport a call. I spoke to Mahlia who was very pleasant and professional. I had questions including deposit amount, time frame for pick-up / delivery, top load option, pre-shipping vehicle inspection, liability for any damage caused during transit, and updates on progress, amongst other things. Mahlia addressed all my concerns and was very informative. Magic Carpet was able to get me a carrier within 3 days of my initial call. They even accomodated me due to last minute changes made on my part. My vehicle was shipped from New York to California wihin 12 days. I was impressed by Magic Carpet's promptness, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall customer service. I felt at ease through the entire process. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Magic Carpet to anyone. I was completely satisfied with Magic Carpet's service and affiliated carriers, all for a reasonable price.
