The Problem was with the ACTUAL CARRIER Company AUDIO LAND Auto Transporters. My Brand New 2009 Pontiac was picked up from the dealer then the carrier truck broke down at the dealership. The actual driver who loaded my vehicle never looked at my paperwork and after fixing their truck, took the car to Clearwater Florida though I live in Pensacola (At least 10 hours away). They Promised me a delivery date that they didn't keep. The only contact times I had with the company were when I called them. They never once had the courtesy to call me and give updates. The next time I spoke with them I was told my car was in Miami.

My car was then taken off their carrier after being transported to their yard in Orlando and badly damaged in multiple places.I know this because I have Digital pictures of the vehicle Pre and Post Carrier delivery.

The owner of the company then took it upon himself to personally drive my car 30 miles supposedly to get it cleaned up. I was never told of this nor did I authorize them to do that. They apparently fired the driver and hired another driver who then transported my vehicle to Pensacola on a "Lowboy" carrier. That driver was very nice and did his best to help.

Now, I am dealing with their insurance company trying to get my vehicle repaired. I am thankful I had the shipping dealer take pictures before transport. Magic Carpet As a Broker tried to be helpful and gave me the assistance I needed to get my car delivered. It is very hard to rate them independantly however given all that happened.

I would advise that you: DO NOT, EVER, EVER, EVER......... USE AUDIOLAND AUTO TRANSPORTERS for shipping a vehicle!!!!!!!!!. They are Dishonest, incompetent and NOT to be trusted. This was the first time I ever shipped a car and I had my reservations, unfortunately my worst nightmares came true.
