I could not have asked for a smoother transport. The service was excellent. I spent a lot of time doing the research. It was very hard to decide who to go with. Magic carpet has more than a thousand of reviews, and have the highest rating (2nd place). I was assigned the representative, Malia, to deal with. They gave me the higher quote then other companies, but Malia agreed with no problem to lower it, explaining that it can take much longer to find the carrier. I spoke with Malia at 4:00 PM. At 6:00 PM I received the call from the driver asking me if he can pick up the car tonight. I couldn’t believe it! I paid for the open track, but got enclosed track instead! The driver was very friendly and I was able to communicate with him during his trip. He also called my daughter in California with the status. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet and definitely will do business with them again!
