I am entering this review again as I meant to give them 5 stars not 4!!!
The carrier assigned to transport my car dropped the ball as far as communication and not sticking to their quoted ETA. Stephanie clearly explained to the carrier that I was not in the country and would need extended notice of the ETA. When the carrier arrived 4 days early, Stephanie and her manager were there to resolve the problem and have dropped the carrier due to unreliable service. Stephanie and her manager couldn't have done more under the circumstances and I am so glad they were there to solve the problem. I have complete faith in their commitment to offer the best possible service, despite issues that can arise with trucking companies. A+++++++++ Stephanie!
