Stephanie, the contact person at Magic Carpet was great. She was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend talking with her if you have interest in shipping a car. The actual transport driver, Jimmy, was also great to work with. He called me along the way to give me updates on his travel progress. The car was transported 1400 miles in an enclosed truck, was picked up as a new car in North Carolina, and arrived in new and flawless condition to my city in Colorado.
