I still cant believe how fast this whole process took place. Malia contacted me Monday morning in response to my online quote. I told her to go ahead and put me on the schedule board for available carriers. Within 30 minutes she called me and told me I could get my truck on a carrier immediately. I scrambled to make sure my seller could have the vehicle ready and within 4 hours it was on it's way to me. Danny was the truck driver and one of the nicest people I've dealt with in a long time. He kept in good contact with me throughout the whole transport. Danny went so far above and beyond what I have come to expect. The car was delivered Tuesday at 10:30 AM. This was less than 24 hours after the initial call from Malia. I almost felt like giving Danny some extra money for all the help he lended when it was time to unload and deliver the vehicle, but I wont go into detail about that since this review is for Magic Carpet Transport. At first I was very skeptical about using ANY broker since it seemed like anyone could come in here and give themselves positive reviews, but after my experience with MCAT I can tell you I am very satisfied. I always expect for things like this to be a real hassle, but it is very refreshing to deal with a company that can do what they say and can far exceed my expectations.
