My phone calls with Crystal were pleasant and very helpful; I had some questions at the beginning and she was very professional in answering them. When the car didn't arrive on the estimated arrival date, Crystal was able to contact the driver and help us plan ahead for the arrival. (The car arrived 3 days later than expected, but I was told this was pretty normal). The price Crystal quoted was very competitive. All in all, her professional courtesy and helpfulness was one of the main reasons I chose this company.
