The communication with Crystal was excellent. I must have talked to her 6 or 7 times during the course of shipping my car. The weather was horrible in Ohio and the driver was able to get the car, when most drivers would have simply walked away from the pick up. The original quote was $60 lower, but I will say the end cost was right in line with what the other transport companies had quoted me. They got the car to me very quickly after the car got picked up. If I needed to transport another vehicle, I would without question call Crystal again to set it up.
