My car was dropped off a few days earlier than I expected. The driver for Golden Express was friendly and very accommodating to the fact that he arrived early while I was at work. He had a local trucking company hold my car and deliver it in the evening. Magic Carpet quickly followed up to make sure everything went smoothly.
By comparison, we used Dependable Auto last October and the driver for A AAAdvantage Auto said they picked up my car when they hadn't. Broker said they hadnt had this prob before with the trucker but that wasn't much reassurance. Needless to say, our experience this time around was a lot better!
