When we arrived at the docks to drop our car off, Matson refused to accept the vehicle because MCAT had not paid them. We nearly missed our plane trying to straighten it out. Our car arrived damaged. MCAT was paid to ship two vehicles, in the end, we only shipped one. We went through hell trying to get our money back. They made us wait more than ninety days for our money. We made repeated phone calls to MCAT, trying to resolve this, they stalled and outright lied to us. Some of his staff (and Williams) were (are) rude & vulgar to us. And continue to be.All of this took place during 2006, and we still have not resolved this matter. We were, finally, paid the original amount. We have been billing them for a service charge, for holding our money for so long, and for their bad treatment. However, they have made no effort to arrive at some resolution. Today someone from MCAT called, and did not have any idea what our bill was for. We have filed complaints with the State of Washington and the BBB.

DON'T SHIP WITH MAGIC CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT !!!!!!!!!

Robert isn't telling the truth. He is correct; he paid us for two vehicles and then changed his mind about shipping one of them at the last minute. We issued a refund and DID NOT charge him a cancellation fee. Every month since he was issued a refund he has sent our company an invoice for holding his refund for 90 days. We are not LEGALLY obligated to pay this client anything, legally we could have charged him a $75 dollar cancel info and even with all of the inconveniences this client caused us we still didn't charge him any thing. Apparently the client found TR 2 years later and is still angry. We feel like we are square with this client.
