I had a great experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I had an oversized pickup that I had shipped from Oregon to Virginia and it arrived without damage and without me losing my shirt (due to cost) in 3 days!!! I don't image everyone can get that kind of performance, but it sure impressed me!
Crystal Warner was my rep at Magic Carpet and she was a delight to work with. Responsive and helpful, she was quick to update me on the status of my truck and following up on any questions I had. I'm a strong proponent of good customer service and was VERY happy with her care and service!
I would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, reputable hauler. Delivery on time, within budget, and without damage - exactly what I was looking for.
