Stephanie was extremely customer focused. I submitted the online form for a quote and she called me within 30 minutes, I think. She explained everything to me thoroughly and quoted me a competitive price. She was also very understanding when I said that I wanted to get quotes from at least 3 companies.
They transportation company was found that day and we arranged to have my car picked up the following day. The driver missed the first day for pick updue to a backlog, but I was notified promptly and he came first thing in the morning the next day.
I had a small problem with the transportaion carrier that Magic Carpet had originally contracted with, but Stephanie took care of it immediately. She was just fantastic in listening to me and contacted the trailer company immediately to resolve the issue.
I was pleased that the driver made it out to me the day before I expected him...it was nice to have my car right within just 1.5 weeks of arranging all of this.
