Having never had a vehicle transported before - I was going on a wing and a prayer when I bought a car in Indiana for delivery to Florida. Stephanie immediately put me at ease and worked hard to make sure that my vehicle got on a carrier. She also gave me a sense that she was looking out for my best interest in making sure to contract only with reliable carriers - not just any fly-by night truck in order to get my car off of the books. ALL of the service reps at Magic Carpet were extremely professional and supportive in fulfilling my desire to get my car as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to call M.C.A.T. immediately the next time I need to have a vehicle transported!
