Magic Carpet is a GREAT place to do business. I will give them a 5 star rating plus a bonus star. Cathy was GREAT to deal with, everything was easy with no complications. Their contract is simple with no hidden fine print or rediculous requirements. One phone call took care of everything. This broker knows how to do business. I felt the price of $668 was very reasonable.
These folks will definitely have me as a return customer. I hope to have Cathy as my point of contact the next time.
The contract driver picked up my car as scheduled and delivered my car 4 days earlier than scheduled. The car had no damage, the driver even offered to clean some spots off the car. It appeared to me the driver was treating my car as if it was his own. I chose to take delivery in a commercial parking lot to make it easier on the driver. The driver did offer to take the car to my house, it wasn't necessary. He was very polite, his communication involving the delivery was FANTASTIC and he was also very friendly.
This isn't my first experience shipping a car, this is the 3rd vehicle in the past 18 months. The last time turned into a total nightmare, this time was a dream. I WILL use Magic Carpet for my next purchase in about a year.
