I'm in the freight logistics business. I arrange the pick up and delivery of goods throughout the US and a number of different countries. I have a good understanding of how things should be done in the way of customer contact, follow through and follow up. Traffic, weather and the ease of the drop off or pick up of the vehicles before your move determines the timing of arrangements. There are some things that simply are not under the control of the company or the driver. It's important to keep your expectation realistic.
Magic Carpet was superb. They had the car picked up few days earlier then I expected and as a result it arrived earlier, which was great. The price was very good and overall I had a great experience with them. I highly recommend them.
