I have never shipped a car before but Crystal Warner made it easy. She answered all my problematic questions, gave me some excellent advice. Talking to her was just like talking to a friend.
I had been shopping for a car at several states and some of the deals fell through but Crystal always came up with a new competitive quote. When I finally made a deal, I gave her a call and within one day a carrier was assigned. James picked up my new to me BMW and was on his way early, in rain and snowing conditions. He had to chain up to go through the Eisenhower tunnel but he still called me to advise me of his progress and approximate time he would be here. He handled my car just like it was his own and used wheel straps not chains to tie my new baby down. He delivered it to my home and it was a little dirty and he offered to get it washed. I said don’t worry as it was 14 degrees outside and no car washes would be open. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Everything was handled professionally. Crystal is the very best.
