Malia was such a help to us. My son is in the military and we needed to get his car to him before he left on Thanksgiving leave. The first truck that was scheduled never left Florida even after telling us a day they would definitely pick up the car. After waiting for them for 5 days, Malia rescheduled with another truck. They picked up the car when they said they would and delivered it a day earlier than they said they would. The driver was very polite, kept in contact with me until he picked up the car and then kept in contact with my son until the car was delivered. I would definitely use this company again if I ever had to ship another car. Another issue was that my son wanted his Bowflex shipped with his car. Malia recommended we not put personal items in the car because of weight restrictions and that if the driver was fined, he would pass the fine on to the customer. My son insisted, so we put it in the car. The truck driver called my son when in Texas and said he may have to take it out of the car. He was supposed to have a special permit to carry household items. But everything turned out okay and they let him continue with the Bowflex. I would recommend not doing that.
