What a difference Magic Carpet made! First of all, I am very demanding and particular, especially when it comes to large investments. I had used a no-name transport company to ship a trade-in car to Florida. Due to exceptionally poor service with that company, I hired Magic Carpet to pick up and deliver my new car from Ocala, FL to the Philadelphia area. I was given regular updates by Magic Carpet and by the driver who had been subcontracted. From the start, Crystal put my mind at ease, answered a ton of questions and really made me feel like she was excited for me to get my new car XXXshe even found a driver for me the day I had initially spoken with her. The dealership in FL was quite impressed with the professionalism of their driver - they called to tell me so when he came to pick up my car mid-afternoon on Thursday. The car showed up early Sunday morning in the same condition in which it had left Florida, having received regular updates from the driver as to timing and best place to deliver XXXa great guy, Dimitriy.
