This was my first experience transporting a vehicle and overall it went well. I did have a small problem with one of the original transport companies that Magic Carpet has assigned to me, but with my contact person's (Malia) help everything ended up working out perfectly. Malia helped me change a few things with my pick up and delivery date that really helped things go easier. Like I said, this was my first experiece so I had some things to learn. My total time for shipping my car was four days. I will use Magic Carpet the next time I ship a vehicle and I will also request the transport company that they assigned to me. Magic Carpet was a great help and I would definetly recommend them to anyone.
