A smooth and speedy transport

As I was trying to choose a transport brokerage and was making many contacts, my calls to Magic Carpet Auto Transport were taken immediately. When Stephanie was not available, the person answering the phone was able to help me, and did so pleasantly. At no time did I ever feel pressured. The gals were always friendly and helpful.

They were able to arrange a very fast transport for me. The driver kept in touch with me as to the estimated time of his arrival at the pick-up point, and was actually able to get there earlier than expected...and he phoned me to make sure that would work for me. I was given an estimated time of arrival at the destination, and he was almost a full day early at that end, too. He kept in phone contact with us so there were no surprises, which made it so easy for us to adjust our schedule when necessary.

Our vehicle was transported without incident by a very friendly, courteous and capable carrier. We thank Magic Carpet Auto Transport brokers for all their help and for lining us with a very thoughtful and capable transport driver.

We will definitely use Magic Carpet again should the need arise. THANKS, EVERYONE!!
